During Joseph Biden's presidency, the United States will pursue a consistent anti-Russian policy.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Deputy Security Council Chairman Dmitry Medvedev.

"In recent years, the trajectory of relations between Moscow and Washington has been steadily declining, regardless of who leads the White House. Even during Trump's presidency, which seeks to restore relations with Russia, the systemic confrontation between Moscow and Washington has only intensified. Biden has not yet said anything positive about Russia. On the contrary, his rhetoric has always been openly hostile. In the coming years, our relations will remain extremely cold. Today we expect nothing more than the continuation of a tough anti-Russian policy," he said.
