Russia will not return to the treaty - Russian expert

It is extremely unlikely that Russia and the United States will return to the Open Skies Treaty, and the fate of the document was essentially predictable.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian political expert Ivan Timofeyev.

"I think it is extremely impossible for Russia to return to the agreement. If the United States returns to the agreement, Russia can think. But it is not true that the United States will return. Most likely, it will not happen," Timofeyev said.
