Chavusoglu made a statement on Karabakh

There was a military operation in Karabakh. Now there is stability in the region.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavusoglu at a joint briefing with his German counterpart Heiko Maas.

"It simply came to our notice then. We are talking about energy, transport projects, the opening of borders and other issues. This should not be in vain. We hope for long-term stability. It is important to encourage Armenia in this matter," the minister said.
