Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the Open Skies Agreement at a meeting of the Security Council.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Kremlin's press service.

It was noted that Putin discussed the socio-economic situation in the country with the members of the Security Council, along with the Open Skies Agreement.
