The unsanctioned rally ends in Moscow

The unauthorized rally has ended in Moscow.

Axar.az reports that the streets and squares crowded with protesters have been cleared from people, although security measures are still tightened near Tverskaya Street and the Matrosskaya Tishina detention center, where law enforcers and protesters were involved in clashes. Up to now, the protesters have dispersed.

Earlier, the Moscow city police said that about 4,000 people had taken part in the unsanctioned rally on Pushkin Square in central Moscow on Saturday afternoon. The Public Monitoring Commission said that over 600 protesters had been detained.
