Putin: We have stopped the bloodshed, now we must do this

The tripartite statement is being implemented consistently. We managed to stop the bloodshed, achieve a full ceasefire and start the stabilization process.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin in his speech at the Davos forum.

"International cooperation now faces the issues of providing assistance to victims and resolving humanitarian issues related to the return of refugees, protection and restoration of historical monuments," he said.
