Karabakh conflict can be settled by peaceful means

No state is eligible to decide the current international issues alone, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov stated at the State Duma Wednesday, TASS reports.

“The conflicts in the CIS area and any other region can be settled exclusively by peaceful, political and diplomatic, as well as any other non-military means. This also relates to the inter-Ukrainian crisis, and problems of Transdniester and Nagorno-Karabakh. The most important thing [here] is to honor the agreements reached by the sides and disallow their revision. We are sure that it would be much easier to settle these crisis situations in case of preventing the system faults in the sphere of pan-European cooperation and liquidation of the existing boundary lines.”
