What Russia has done is a disgrace - Raab

Bloomberg reports that British Foreign Secretary Dominique Raab will deliver a speech at the opening of the UN Human Rights Council.

Axar.az reports in his speech, Raab will call for a response to the human rights situation in Russia, Belarus, China and Myanmar. At the same time, he will call the situation with Alexei Navalny in Russia a "disgrace."

Raab will also accuse Moscow of failing to fulfil its international obligations.
