US General: Russia is still a threat to the US

Russia poses a threat to the United States and its European partners, despite economic sanctions.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the head of the European Command of the US Armed Forces, Teff Walters. According to him, Russia is carrying out destabilizing activities.

Walters said Moscow was trying to maintain its Soviet-era sphere of influence.
