Statement from Turkey on Armenia

We condemn the coup attempt in Armenia. Coups always undermine democratic processes and cause chaos.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Presidential Administration spokesman Ibrahim Kalin.

"We wish the situation in Armenia to return to normal as soon as possible," he said.

It should be noted that more than 40 high-ranking Chinese officers, including the Chief of General Staff of Armenia, issued a statement demanding the resignation of Pashinyan. Pashinyan then called on his supporters to take to the streets.
