Biden: I told the King that our relationship was changing

I told King Salman of Saudi Arabia that the rules in our relations are changing.

Axar.az informs this was stated by US President Joseph Biden in an interview with Univision.

"Yesterday I spoke to the king, not the crown prince. I explained to him that the rules are changing and we intend to announce significant changes on Monday. We are preparing to prosecute them for human rights violations. If Riyadh wants to work with us, it must respect human rights."
