Ayvazyan: We do not refuse a dialogue with Baku

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan in an interview with RIA Novosti.

He said that Armenia has never refused to meet with Azerbaijan, and a concrete agenda should be formed for dialogue.
