It will be resolved either in parliament or on the street

If the situation in the country is not resolved in parliament, it will be resolved on the street.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan.

"The passivity of democratic institutions and, first of all, the parliament has a negative impact on the peaceful settlement of the situation. This forces the development of events to go beyond democratic institutions and increase tensions," he said.
