Unification with Russia is stupid - Lukashenko

Belarusians live in their own apartments, and it is not so big compared to big Russia.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

"We are a sovereign and independent country. The world has changed so much that it is simply stupid to talk about unification. Secondly, it is completely unnecessary," he said.

It should be noted that the unification of Belarus and Russia in the Union State has been discussed for a long time.
