The Armenian government is considering several candidates to replace Chief of General Staff Onik Gasparyan. reports this information was spread by "Past" newspaper.

According to the report, the first candidate for the post of the government is Deputy Chief of Staff Andranik Makaryan. However, Makaryan refused the appointment.
