The process we have achieved in the last 20 years can only be described as a complete disaster in terms of events related to the F-35, LCS, armored vehicles, new-generation combat systems. We must work better in this direction.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Adam Smith, a member of the US House of Representatives and head of the Armament Committee.

"You have to clean up programs like the F-35 seriously. You can complain about wasting money, but you can't get it back. Now we need to make sure we don't waste more. It hurts when we look at how much we spend and what we get in return," A.Smith noted.
