Trump`s call: Seoul increased US military spending

South Korea will increase spending on the maintenance of the US military.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by the US State Department.

According to the report, an agreement has already been reached between Washington and Seoul.

There are currently 28,500 American troops in South Korea.

Former US President Donald Trump has previously called on South Korea to increase US military spending, but Seoul has opposed it.
