Peskov: Russia will not give up the Arctic

Presence in the Arctic is an important element of Russia's military build-up.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the United States does not give up its presence in the Arctic, and Russia should not ignore this important region.

He said Russia has extensive plans for the development of the Arctic.
