Kuleba: Russia's aggression towards Ukraine has failed

Last week, all of Ukraine's partners showed Russia very well that they need to come to their senses.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba on Twitter.

"I think it had an effect. It is possible to observe that Russia's aggressive behaviour towards Ukraine has failed," Kuleba said.
