Chinese ambassador to Ankara summoned to Turkish FM

Chinese ambassador to Turkey Cui Wei has been summoned to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

Axar.az reports that according to the information, the reason is that the embassy threatened IRI Party Chairman Meral Akshener and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavashi.

Note that both politicians have made a post on April 5 regarding the 31st anniversary of the massacre committed in the Barin settlement of Kashgar province.

After this sharing, the embassy has written on the social media account: “The Chinese side keeps the right for rightful response”.

The embassy tagged both of them in sharing.
