Tehran is ready to return to the nuclear deal provided all sanctions are lifted.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

"Today we see the United States wake up for talks. We reaffirm our readiness to return to our nuclear program commitments in exchange for the lifting of all sanctions.

Tehran wants a solution and is ready for it. The United States today is talking about preparing for direct or indirect talks. This is a victory for the Iranian people, "he said.

The White House has said it is ready to lift some of the sanctions for talks with Iran, but that Tehran must abandon its maximalist demands.
