A road map has been prepared for the Azerbaijani Army - Akar

The Turk's fist was lowered on the Armenian's head. Thankfully, the 30 years of injustice and suffering of our brothers there have come to an end. The victory here will go down in history in golden letters.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar during a video conference with his Turkish counterpart Zakir Hasanov.

Congratulating Azerbaijan on the victory, he said that a "road map" for the reconstruction, modernization and further cooperation of the armed forces of the two brotherly countries has been prepared and implemented.
