Zelensky: A new ceasefire is needed

A new ceasefire is needed in the Donbas.

Axar.az reports that the statement was made by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on his Facebook page.

"After several months of full and complete ceasefire, we have returned to the need for a new ceasefire," Zelensky said.
