Afghan special services have arrested one of the leaders of ISIS, Gulam Nasser, in Kabul.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Afghan Vice President Amrullah Saleh.

According to the report, Ghulam Nasser was the main organizer of the attacks on the tribe.
