Biden brings this person as Russia's foreign policy chief

US President Joe Biden will appoint Matthew Rozhansky to head the Russian Affairs Department of the National Security Council.

Axar.az reports that according to the newspaper, Rozhansky is loved for his research with Russia in the White House, and even his views as an expert are published in the local media.

However, Rozhansky's appointment has caused serious concern among supporters of the use of force against Moscow.
