Any tension and confrontation in the Black Sea and in the region is to the detriment of everyone.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Presidential Administration spokesman Ibrahim Kalin on Twitter.

"Turkey supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the rights of Crimean Tatars and supports the settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict through negotiations," Kalin said.
