Putin spoke to his Finnish counterpart from the Donbas

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinisto had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Kremlin's press service.

During the conversation, Putin told his counterpart that Kiev has aggravated the situation in the Donbas.

It was also stressed that there is no alternative to the Minsk agreement in terms of a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
