Nikol explained: Baku wants to keep us under blockade

I have doubts that Azerbaijan wants to keep Armenia under blockade, trying to obstruct the process of opening regional transport communications.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"We will continue to pursue the implementation of the tripartite statement. The opening of the railway with Russia and Iran is of strategic importance for Armenia," he said.

Earlier, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan would complete the construction of the railway to the Armenian border in a maximum of 2-2.5 years.
