The concentration of Russian troops on the border with Ukraine could result in a limited occupation.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from CIA Director William Burns.

"Russia's growing military presence in Crimea, along the Donbas border, is a matter of serious concern. I think it could be a way to intimidate the Ukrainian leadership and send a signal to the United States. This has reached a point where it can lay the groundwork for limited military occupation. Not only the United States but also our allies must take this seriously," Burns said.
