Five world giants: We stand by Ukraine

The United States, Britain, Germany, France and Italy are calling on Russia to de-escalate Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the US State Department after a meeting of the foreign ministers of the five countries in Brussels.

According to the report, the diplomats praised Ukraine's patience in the face of Russian provocations.

They also expressed support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
