Putin's regime is at our door again.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Ukrainian Interior Minister of Armenian origin Arsen Avakov in an address to volunteers.

He called on volunteers to defend the homeland again, as in 2014:

"The Kremlin is again gathering troops on the Ukrainian border and threatening our country with a new aggressive policy. We are on our land and we will protect it. "
