We are very worried about Navalny case - Merkel

These days, we are very concerned about Alexei Navalny and are working to provide him with medical care.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from German Chancellor Angela Merkel speaking at a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

He said the European Court of Human Rights' previous ruling on Navalny was important.

"We believe that there are many issues that complicate relations with Russia. I am still in favour of dialogue, as always."
