Putin: Russia stopped the war in Karabakh

Russia has played a key role in ending the armed conflict in Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin during his address to the Federal Council.

He said Russia was trying to help resolve regional conflicts.

"We have already done a lot to stabilize the situation in Syria and establish a dialogue in Libya. As you know, Russia has played a key role in ending the armed conflict in Karabakh."
