The non-collection of weapons distributed to the population under the name of "volunteers" after the Second Karabakh War and the political chaos is causing chaos in Armenia.

Axar.az reports that after the war, armed clashes were periodically recorded in various cities, including the Armenian capital Yerevan.

One such clash took place tonight in Echmiadzin. A man armed with a machine gun wounded one person and threatened to kill his relatives.

He also opened fire on police officers who arrived at the scene. Finally, police fired back and he was captured wounded.
