If Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky wants to restore ties with Russia, Moscow will only welcome it.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

"The question is: what will we discuss in this meeting? If we are talking about a solution to the Donbas problem, then the Ukrainian leadership must first meet with the leaders of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. If we are talking about the development of bilateral relations, then we are always ready to receive the President of Ukraine in Moscow," Putin said.
