As a result of precise strikes by the Turkish Armed Forces on terrorist camps in northern Iraq, 44 terrorists were neutralized. The "Panja-Shimshak" and "Panja-Yildirim" anti-terrorist operations carried out in the region continue successfully.

Axar.az reports that National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, who visited the military unit in the Bilic Tepe region of northern Iraq together with the Turkish Armed Forces, reported on the anti-terrorist operations.

Speaking to the military, Hulusi Akar said that anti-terrorist operations will continue until the existing terrorist threats are completely eliminated. The fight is only against terrorists and terrorism.

Speaking about the current activities of the army inside and outside the country, the minister said that Turkey will continue its just struggle. The weapons and equipment used by the Turkish army will be local and national means of production.
