Tajikistan has declared Kyrgyzstan an aggressor

The actions of the Kyrgyz military on the Tajik-Kyrgyz border are considered an act of aggression.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Prosecutor General's Office of Tajikistan.

"The use of force by one state against the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of another state in a manner inconsistent with the UN Charter or other international treaties is considered an act of aggression," the statement said.
