US President Joe Biden intends to discuss the stabilization of bilateral relations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin at a possible meeting.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

"Biden has long said that if Russia decides to be careless and aggressive, we will retaliate. However, we do not try to strain bilateral relations, we prefer a more stable, more predictable relationship. If Russia moves in this direction, we will do the same. I think President Biden will have the opportunity to say that directly during his meeting with Putin."
