Blinken: If Putin and Biden meet face to face...

A face-to-face meeting between the presidents of Russia and the United States could be beneficial for both sides.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

"There are areas of mutual interest for cooperation. We have already seen one of them - SNB-3 (Strategic Offensive Reduction and Limitation). There are also areas where we can achieve development, such as strategic stability," he said.
