UN Secretary General: Mankind is approaching disaster!

Last year, global temperatures rose to a record 3 million years, bringing humanity closer to a climate catastrophe.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

"Last year was another unprecedented period of extreme weather and climate cataclysms," he said.

According to him, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere was renewed to the highest level and exceeded the pre-industrial level - 148 percent.
