The US has told us it was ready - Tehran

The United States has told us that it is ready to lift most of the sanctions imposed on our country.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the head of the Iranian delegation, Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi.

"The Americans have told us that they are seriously considering returning to the nuclear deal. But it is not enough for us that the United States lifts most of the sanctions. We will continue until our wishes are fulfilled in the Vienna talks," Aragchi said.

Earlier, Aragchi said in a statement that they agreed to lift US sanctions on energy, banks and ports.
