Azerbaijan is Turkey's brother.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.

"During the war for the liberation of Azerbaijani lands, which was occupied for 30 years, Turkey and the Armed Forces of our country provided all possible support," he said.

Akar reiterated that Turkey is trying to establish good relations with all its neighbours.
