Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoghlu, who is on a visit to Saudi Arabia.

"We could not remain silent in the face of these Israeli attacks. We have made the necessary contacts. We are in constant contact with the Palestinian foreign ministers. Strong criticism is not enough. We need to take action. But the issue of protection of Palestinian civilians was also on the agenda. After the holiday, a meeting of ECO foreign ministers will be held. We will continue to work to protect the rights of our Palestinian brothers," Cavushoghlu said.
