US President Joe Biden's statement on the establishment of international rules on cyber-attacks is a positive signal.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov said that earlier Vladimir Putin had made a similar proposal:

"This is an old Russian proposal. Unfortunately, it was not supported by the United States at that time. "

Biden stressed the need to establish international standards in the field of cybersecurity.
