10,145 new coronavirus cases diagnosed in Iran

A sum of 10,145 new patients infected with COVID-19 have been identified in the country based on confirmed diagnosis criteria during the past 24 hours.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that Iran’s Health Ministry Public Relations Center said on Friday, and added, "1,545 patients have been hospitalized during the same time span.”

It further said that the total number of COVID-19 patients has increased to 2,732,152.

“Unfortunately, 202 patients have lost their lives in the past 24 hours, increasing the number of the dead to 76,433," the ministry noted.
