On May 14, Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mustafa Shentop called Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis.

Axar.az reports that he press and public relations department of the Milli Majlis told that the speaker of the brotherly country congratulated the chairman and deputies of the Milli Majlis on the holy holiday of Ramadan and wished prosperity to the people of Azerbaijan.

In turn, the Speaker of the Milli Majlis conveyed congratulations to his Turkish counterpart, members of Parliament and the Turkish people.

During the telephone conversation, the speakers of the two brotherly countries discussed other issues of mutual interest.
