The flags of Israel were hoisted, and Zarif refused to travel

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has refused to travel to Vienna.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Austrian Foreign Ministry.

The reason for Zarif's refusal to visit was the hanging of Israeli flags in government buildings in connection with the Gaza crisis.

It should be noted that Zarif was scheduled to meet with his Austrian counterpart Alexander Challenberg.
