The Russian delegation is leaving for Turkey

The Russian delegation is going to Turkey to assess the situation and restore air communication.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the office of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova.

According to the report, the decision on the resumption of flights and tourism will be made on the basis of criteria approved by the operational headquarters to assess the sanitary-epidemiological situation.

It was noted that during the visit, the delegation will inspect tourism facilities.

Russia has suspended charter flights to Turkey due to an increase in coronavirus infections.
