Why did the US prevent the Israeli-Palestinian resolution?

The United States has clarified that it is blocking a UN Security Council resolution on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken tried to explain his country's step by saying that the United States does not block the path of diplomacy, but is constantly working in this area.

The United States prevented the UN Security Council from adopting a resolution on the conflict in the region. Of the council members, only the United States voted against the resolution.
