Rouhani: Resistance affects the economy

Iran will continue talks in Vienna until an agreement is reached.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

He said Iran's economic development figures suggest that sanctions are ineffective.

"Despite sanctions and the coronavirus pandemic, the country's automotive industry has not lagged behind. At the same time, Iran has become a gasoline exporter in the region. The resistance economy is having a positive impact."

The Iranian president reiterated that the United States is ready to lift economic sanctions on Iran.
